Who is responsible for your data

What we collect, and nothing more

The quote request form is the only place on this site where you send us information. It collects:

• Required: your name, your email address, the type of event and a description of your project.
• Optional: your phone number, the date of the event, the estimated number of guests and how you heard about us.

No account, no client area, no sign-up: browsing this site neither requires nor collects anything else.

Why, and on what legal basis

This information is used exclusively to review your enquiry and reply to you. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). If you tell us how you heard about us, that optional answer is used solely to know which channels bring people to us, and to thank those who recommend us: it never gives rise to any profiling. Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising, and is never used for marketing without your consent.

Who has access

Your enquiry is sent by email to the publisher, who is the sole recipient. You receive an acknowledgement in return at the address you provided.

The following are technically involved, without ever using the content of your messages: Hostinger (Svitrigailos str. 34, LT-03230 Vilnius, Lituanie) for hosting the site and delivering the emails, and Snoussi IA Dev Consulting for maintenance. The servers are located within the European Union: no transfer of your data outside the EU takes place.

For how long

• Quote requests: 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted.
• Technical logs of the mail server (date, sender, recipient — never the content): a few days, long enough to detect a delivery problem.
• Anti-abuse protection: a hashed fingerprint of your IP address — never the address itself — is kept for one hour, to limit the number of submissions from one connection and prevent the form from being misused.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and embeds no trackers: no analytics, no social network, no ad network. That is why you are shown no consent banner — it would have nothing to ask you.

Fonts

The display fonts are hosted on our own server. Loading them calls no external service: your IP address is passed to no one while you browse the site.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise them, write to lateliermbevents@gmail.com or to the postal address given above. You will receive a reply within one month.

If that reply does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — cnil.fr.

Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Outgoing emails are authenticated (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) so that a fraudulent message cannot pass itself off as one of ours. The form is protected against automated submissions.

This page may be amended to reflect changes to the site or to the applicable regulations. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page. The legal notice completes this document.
